Missed Policing in Crisis? Podcasts now available

Contininug to probe the question is “Ireland in Crisis?” On Friday we held a session, chaired by Dr Aogán Mulcahy, to address critical issues in policing. A range of topics – from racism to community relations to police misbehaviour – were covered in presentations from Dave McInerney (UCD), John Reddy (NUIG) and Brian Moss (UCD). We would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to the talk.

About Critical Issues in Irish Society Network

A group of PhDs from the School of Sociology in University College Dublin, Ireland have decided to take action and connect with other PhDs and early stage researchers across the human sciences in Ireland. Our intention is to establish a series of seminars in which we can exchange ideas, connect with others, encourage collaboration and develop our community. More details to come...
